Disconnect TikTok & delete your data

You are in full control. From this page you can revoke Social Cashback's access to your TikTok account and request permanent deletion of all data we hold about you.

What happens when you disconnect

  1. We immediately send the token to TikTok’s official revocation endpoint. If TikTok cannot confirm the request, use Option 4 below to remove Social Cashback directly from your TikTok app permissions.
  2. Within 24 hours we delete from our active database all data derived from TikTok: open_id, union_id, display name, avatar, follower stats, and the cached list of your videos.
  3. Within 30 days all other personal data is deleted, except records we must retain for legal compliance (payout transactions: 10 years for tax law).
  4. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

Data deletion and TikTok-disconnect requests are handled by Tik Joy Inc, the company operating Social Cashback. We process every request within the timelines required by GDPR and by the TikTok for Developers policy, and we send you an email confirmation once complete.

Option 1 — Self-service (recommended)

If you have a Social Cashback account, log in to your dashboard and click "Disconnect TikTok / Delete account":

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email from the address registered on your account (or include your TikTok username for identity verification) to:

privacy@thesocialcashback.com

We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR and TikTok for Developers policy.

Option 3 — Quick form

Submit a deletion request without logging in. We will verify your identity by email before processing.

Submitting this form sends a deletion request to our team. Verification email will be sent to the address you provide. Processing within 30 days.

Option 4 — Revoke from TikTok directly

You can also revoke our app's access from inside TikTok at any time, independently of this page:

1. Open the TikTok app → Profile → ≡ menu → Settings and privacy
2. Tap Security & permissions → Manage app permissions
3. Find Social Cashback in the list and tap Remove access

After revoking from TikTok, please also email us so we can purge the data we hold on our side, as TikTok does not notify third-party apps of revocations.
